I don’t drink a lot for a Northern European but that doesn’t mean to say I don’t enjoy it; I’m a foodie so appreciate taste over intoxication.  A single malt is my weapon of choice, so there’s plenty of scope to experience different subtleties of flavour without straying far from usquebaugh.

But when in Rome…

Bacardi may have fled Havana at the first hint of revolution, but white rum had made it’s mark here long before that so you have to try a mojito, a cuba libre, a ron Collins and a daiquiri.
